The Commissioner’s Task Force, Central Zone team, raided G.S Sons Petro Products sales shop in the Afzalgunj area and apprehended one Waseem Khan, a resident of Darushifa for selling counterfeit engine oil under the brand name ‘HP.’ Khan was caught filling counterfeit oil into plastic tins and affixing counterfeit stickers branded as HP ENKLO’46, thereby violating the Copyright Act and selling the counterfeit oil as genuine products to customers for illegal profit.

Waseem Khanwas operating under the business name G.S Sons Petro Products in Afzalgunj. The counterfeit oil was procured from Mumbai through agents, transported via road, stored in his shop, and sold to customers under the HP ENKLO 46 brand.

The Central Zone Task Force team raided the premises, seized the counterfeit hydraulic engine oil, and handed over the apprehended accused and seized materials to the SHO, Afzalgunj PS for further action.

The operation was carried out under the supervision of YVS Sudheendra, Dy. Commissioner of Police, Task Force, Hyderabad, along with the Inspector of Police, Task Force Central Zone, Sub-Inspector, and staff of Task Force Central Zone, Hyderabad.
