To enhance the efficient management of streetlights across the city, the Streetlight Maintenance App plays a crucial role, said GHMC Commissioner Ilambarithi. On Tuesday, a training session was held at the GHMC headquarters for electrical engineers, division electricians, and representatives from T.G. Online Agency on the streetlight management system. 

Speaking at the event, Commissioner Ilambarithi emphasized that the app helps monitor streetlight performance, recording details of electric meters, centralized control panels, lights, and poles. It allows officials to detect and resolve issues instantly, ensuring better services for city residents. He urged engineers and electricians to gain full proficiency in using the app, regularly review streetlight conditions, and take necessary actions.
