Medchal-Malkajgiri District Collector Gautam on Tuesday inspected the Telangana Minorities Residential (Boys) School and Junior College in Brindavan Colony, Kukatpally Mandal. During his visit, he interacted with the students, discussing their academic aspirations and guiding them on choosing the right courses for their future.
The Collector also reviewed the facilities in the school, instructing the principal to ensure adequate tables and chairs for students. He checked the food provided to students, confirming that meals were being served as per the menu. He also directed the staff to provide nutritious food for students observing fasting during the Ramadan month.
Additionally, he inquired about the different groups available in the Intermediate level and stressed the need for guidance and study materials for high-achieving students. He suggested that the school management negotiate a 5% reduction in rent and use the savings for minor repairs to the school building.
Later, the Collector visited the Telangana Minorities Residential (Boys) School and Junior College in Balanagar. He interacted with the students there as well, motivating them to perform well in their remaining exams and achieve excellent results. The event was attended by ZPCEO Kanthamma, Kukatpally Tahsildar Swamy, College Principal Madhavilatha, and other officials.
