Kalyanaratham leaves Tirumala for Prayagraj

“Srivari Kalyanaratham” vehicle left for Prayagraj Kumbh Mela from the temple in Tirumala on Wednesday. After performing special pujas for the Kalyanaratham, TTD Chairman BR Naidu and Additional EO Venkaiah Choudhary hoisted the flag and sent the Kalyanaratham to Prayagraj.

Speaking on the occasion, Additional EO Venkaiah Choudhary said that in the backdrop of the Maha Kumbh Mela, a model temple of Lord Venkateshwara has been set up in 2.5 acres in Prayagraj, UP, and devotees will be provided with darshan from the 13th of this month to the 26th of February.

Daily rituals will be performed for the Lord in the model temple, and a special wedding service will be held for the Lord on January 18, 26, and February 3 and 12. EO Venkaiah Chowdhury revealed that 150 staff members have been appointed in Prayag on deputation and devotees will be able to have darshan of the Lord without any difficulty.
