Oben Electric launches Rorr EVO

New Delhi: Oben Electric, an India-based R & D-based electric motorcycle manufacturer, has officially unveiled its new model, the Rorr EVO. The special launch price for the first 10,000 customers has been set at ₹99,999 (ex-showroom).

This new model has been designed with the aim of bringing a clear change in the category. Combining design, performance and functionality, the Rorr EVO will set new benchmarks in the electric motorcycle segment. Based on the concept that riders don't have to choose between thrill and practicality, the Rorr EVO has evolved into a full-fledged motorcycle that is uncompromising in terms of real-life riding needs.

It combines an aggressive streetfighter design with strong performance and effectively integrated features. Sculpted body panels, premium detailing and a balanced design further enhance its road presence. In terms of performance, the model can reach a top speed of 110 km / h and offers an IDC certified range of 180 km. The Oben plug can charge from 0-80% in just 90 minutes through a fast charger. Also, it has an onboard charging system called Oben Port that makes daily usage easier. 

Commenting on the launch, Madhumita Agarwal, Founder & CEO, Oben Electric said, "Electric motorcycling in India is entering a new phase. This is a product that has been designed in an uncompromising way to prove that electric vehicles can not only meet all the requirements in real-life riding, but also exceed them. The aim of the RORR EVO is to make this change felt clearly on the road. "The motorcycle will be available at a starting price of ₹99,999 (ex-showroom) for the first 10,000 customers; after that it will be priced at ₹1,24,999 (ex-showroom). Bookings can now be made by paying just ₹777. Test rides will begin from June 2026 at Oben's 150 showrooms across the country, while deliveries to customers are also set to begin.
