Bank of Maharashtra (BOM) inaugurated its new branch in Zaheerabad in Sangareddy district in Telangana on Tuesday. New branch was inaugurated by Zonal Manager G S D Prasad, Hyderabad Zone in the presence of Deputy Zonal Manager K E Hari Krishna and along with team Zaheerabad.

With the opening of this new branch, BOM now operates 75 branches across all 33 districts of Telangana state. The Zaheerabad branch shall cater to all banking transactions and also specific needs of customers, offering the entire spectrum of banking products and financial services covering retail, Agri and MSME sectors. The Bank offers various unique products to its clientele such as ATM cum debit card, secured internet banking, 24x7 Customer Care Centre, and Mobile banking amongst others.

Speaking on the occasion, Zonal Manager said the new branch at Zaheerabad will be helpful for the people in the locality for fulfilling all of their banking and financial needs. He appreciated the Bank for opening its new branch at Zaheerabad district and advised the branch to focus on RAM, Retail and MSME, Mid Corporate units, as Zaheerabad is having good scope for Retail, and MSME Business.  

Deputy Zonal manager said, we are delighted to open a new branch at Zaheerabad covering Sangareddy district. and fulfil our commitment to providing banking services to retail customers through a fast-expanding network of branches and other channels especially to traders at micro level. It will be a one-stop shop for the banking needs of the customer and will enhance our customer experience through this branch. He also mentioned that currently, the bank is serving 30 million customers across 28 states and 5 Union Territories in India with its more than 2400 branches.
