alt.f expands with Hyd launch

alt.f coworking is expanding its presence in Hyderabad with a new workspace centre at Gachibowli, scheduled to open on April 15, 2026. The facility, located at Meenakshi Tech Park, will offer around 775 seats and is among the company’s largest developments in the city.

The centre is aimed at small and mid-sized business teams, providing fully serviced offices that eliminate the need for heavy upfront investments. Companies can move into ready-to-use spaces without incurring setup costs such as interiors, deposits, or infrastructure expenses, with a single monthly fee covering all services.

Designed with a European aesthetic, the workspace features enclosed private cabins suitable for teams of 15 to 50 members. It also includes shared facilities such as lounge areas, a members’ café, high-speed internet, and professional maintenance services, offering a premium yet practical work environment.

Co-founder Yogesh Arora said the initiative addresses a gap where many small businesses operate from offices that do not reflect their scale or ambitions. The new centre aims to provide a more suitable alternative without financial strain.
