Seminar on ‘UPSC Master Class’ organized at VJIM

A seminar titled ‘How to Crack Civil Services in the First Attempt – UPSC Master Class’ was conducted at Vignana Jyothi Institute of Management (VJIM), Bachupally, on Friday.

The event was jointly organized by Vings Media and G5 Media Group, in collaboration with 21st Century IAS Academy, with the objective of guiding and motivating UPSC aspirants through expert insights and actionable strategies.

The keynote address was delivered by Dr. Bhavani Shankar, Chief Mentor and Director of 21st Century IAS Academy. He debunked common myths surrounding the UPSC examination and highlighted that students from regular degree and postgraduate colleges have equal chances of success. Dr. Shankar emphasized that several UPSC questions are based on foundational concepts taught in school and encouraged aspirants to view civil services as an opportunity to bring about meaningful societal change. He further explained the preparation strategy through a detailed PowerPoint presentation, stressing the importance of dedication, the right approach, and a strong grasp of fundamentals.

Welcoming the gathering, Prof. Dr. Bharath Bhushan Singh, Director of VJIM, noted the growth of Hyderabad as a prominent UPSC coaching hub, once dominated by Delhi. He encouraged students to make the best use of such platforms and aspire confidently for careers in civil services.
