Photography Workshop Organized by ‘Aaina’ Club of ICFAI Law School

Hyderabad: The ‘Aaina’ Photography Club of ICFAI Law School organized a one-day photography workshop on Thursday. The workshop was inaugurated by Professor Dr. R. Ravi Shekhar Raju, Director, ICFAI Law School; Dr. A. Arun Kumar, Assistant Dean (Student Activities); Associate Professor Rekha Raju Jain; and Professor Narayana Rao Battu. 

The program was graced by renowned micro-photography expert Peteri Prashanth as the Chief Guest and Resource Person. Addressing the gathering, Professor Dr. R. Ravi Shekhar Raju highlighted the importance of creative education and encouraged students to use photography for social awareness and professional development. 

Dr. A. Arun Kumar stated that photography is the voice of the voiceless” and emphasized its crucial role in expressing social realities and human emotions. Associate Professor Rekha Raju Jain explained the significance of photography in criminal investigations and investigative journalism. Professor Narayana Rao Battu remarked that such workshops help enhance students’ awareness and develop their creative and professional skills.

 Peteri Prashanth explained technical aspects such as camera lenses, focal length, lighting, framing, and composition.
