The residents of Mallapur have something to cheer about. A park was thrown open on Saturday. The ‘Colors theme Park is spread over two acres and has been developed at a cost of Rs 2.94 crore, with Rs 2.39 crore allocated for civil works and Rs 55 lakh dedicated to greenery.
It features a large lawn area spanning over 1,789 sq. meters, a gazebo with beautiful creeper flowers, an ‘Amaze’ selfie wall, a well-equipped badminton court, a scenic water cascade, a skating rink, and a cooling water fountain. Adding to its charm, the park is home to 107 varieties of colorful plants, creating a vibrant and refreshing atmosphere.
The park was officially inaugurated by the Hyderabad Mayor Gadwal Vijayalakshmi along with the Deputy Mayor, and the Uppal MLA, who expressed their delight in bringing such a nature-centric recreational space to the community.
