KPHB police on Tuesday cracked the murder case and arrested three accused persons. Police have seized a Vivo and iQOO mobile phone from accused persons.    Accused persons identified as (A-1) Boini Kavitha (29), (A-2) Sadhula Mallesh (40) and (A-3) Sadhula Jyothi (27).

The accused Boini Kavitha, who is the wife of the deceased Boini Sailu, hatched a plan to eliminate her husband. She sought the help of her brother-in-law Sadhula Mallesh and her sister Sadhula Jyothi. Boini Kavitha informed them that she was vexed with her husband’s orthodox behavior, due to which she had separated from him. However, whenever she visited the village to see her children, she was insulted by her husband and his family members.

Recently, the deceased decided to perform his daughter’s marriage with his sister’s son. When Boini Kavitha questioned him about this, he responded aggressively and warned her not to interfere in family matters again. Holding a grudge, Boini Kavitha conspired with A-2 and A-3 to eliminate him.

As per the plan, she brought the deceased to Hyderabad under the pretext of working and earning money for their daughter’s marriage. After reaching Hyderabad, she took him to Sadhula Mallesh’s house and offered him alcohol. Once he was in deep sleep, they both fixed an electric wire to the switchboard, connected it to binding wire, and placed it on the deceased’s body.
