Nearly 94 percent of people in Hyderabad say they sleep best in their own bed, according to the ‘Moments That Matter’ (MTM) study released by Interio by Godrej, highlighting the growing importance of home spaces in everyday well-being.
The findings were shared during the launch of the brand’s revamped 6,000 sq. ft. retail store in the city, aimed at offering a comprehensive and immersive shopping experience. The store showcases a wide range of modular, configurable, and personalised furniture across bedroom, living, and dining segments, along with newly introduced soft furnishings.
Dr Dev Narayan Sarkar, Senior Vice President and Head of Consumer Business (B2C), Interio by Godrej, said the study reflects a shift in how consumers perceive their homes, not just as functional spaces but as environments that shape emotions, relaxation, and connections. He added that the company is focusing on expanding its retail footprint and strengthening its omnichannel presence, with a target of generating around Rs 550 crore in revenue from South India by FY27.
