The initiative aims to expedite the building permit review process using the modern AI-based Fast Drawing Scrutiny System. This streamlined interface serves as a single platform for all building permits within the state, ensuring speed and transparency.
A hands-on training program for licensed architects and engineers was conducted at the GHMC headquarters conference hall on Saturday. The training provided practical knowledge of the Build-Now DCR system, including the creation of templates, layers, and various entities essential in the building permit process.
The Build-Now application team demonstrated the D.C.R. system and explained the detailed drawing preparation process on the D.C.R. portal, addressing participants' queries. Town and Country Planning Director and State Nodal Officer, S. Devender Reddy, highlighted the importance of this training program in enhancing transparency in the building design and permit process. He emphasized that the training would benefit architects and engineers in planning and designing their projects according to standard construction regulations.
