Chandrababu assured that every acre of land in Rayalaseema will be irrigated and the word 'drought' will not be heard of again

AP CM Chandrababu Naidu on Saturday said that he is working with the resolve to provide water to every acre in Rayalaseema. He said plans are being made to bring Godavari water to Rayalaseema through Banakacharla project. The Chief Minister, who personally visits the houses of the beneficiaries every month and distributes the NTR Bharosa social pensions, visited Annamayya district today.
He went door-to-door in Motukatla of Sambepalli mandal and handed over the pensions. Similarly, he laid the foundation stone for several development works. He also promised to set up district-wise workstations for IT employees.
Ministers Mandipalli Ramprasad Reddy and B C Janardhan Reddy welcomed the CM during his visit to Annamayya district to distribute NTR Bharosa social pensions. Later, he went to the house of an elderly woman named Koppula Mangamma and handed over the pension.
They enquired about their family's well-being. After the elderly woman complained that she did not have a house and that her granddaughter was suffering from health issues, the CM handed over the certificates of the house patta and three free cylinders to them. He also promised to provide a solar power unit free of cost under the PM Suryagarh scheme, including the construction of pucca houses soon.
CM Chandrababu went to the house of Golla Venkateswarlu, a differently abled person in the same village and handed over his pension and a tricycle sanctioned by the government. Electrical autos were distributed to
several auto drivers in the village. They inquired about their sufferings. He assured them that they will be given more financial flexibility by setting up a solar power unit at home so that auto-charging is not an added burden. Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu laid the foundation stone for the construction of CC roads and canals at an estimated cost of Rs 1.64 crore in Sambepalli gram panchayat limits.
Chandrababu held an interactive session with software employees at Praja Vedika in the village. CM Chandrababu made it clear that every acre of land in Rayalaseema will be irrigated and the word 'drought' will not be heard of. He wished that everyone should become proficient in the use of AI technology.
Earlier in the day, Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu unveiled NTR’s statue in Motukatla village of Sambepalli mandal headquarters and paid floral tributes.
