Hyderabad, February 15, 2026: 'Wellness Bazaar' in association with Rivia Vascular Institute... "Flow - The Longevity Dialogue" was the theme of the event. The conference was held at the Quorum Club in Hyderabad on February 7, 2026. Leading physicians and preventive health experts came together on one platform to discuss blood flow and blood vessel health, which are the foundations of long-term health."Flow" "challenged the traditional way of looking at aging based solely on symptoms.

"Before the disease... Discussing how blood circulation affects brain function, organ vitality, movement, metabolic health, and overall quality of life. Longevity has taken on a new dimension. The highlight of the evening was an interactive session with Pooja Khan, Co-Founder, Wellness Bazaar and Dr. Arjun Reddy, Founder, Rivia Vascular Institute. They discussed why vascular health is often neglected and why early intervention is important."Changes in blood vessels begin long before the appearance of symptoms.

In a panel discussion held under the aegis of Kavita Mantha. The conversation turned to metabolic, cardiac, and regenerative health. It has made it clear that blood circulation is the only foundation for getting 'longevity through prevention'.  Dr. Arjun Reddy said, "Many conditions are associated with blood vessels, from heart disease and diabetic complications to fibroids and prostate enlargement. The 'vascular-first' (emphasis on blood vessels) image-guided approach not only prevents complications, but also significantly reduces the need for surgery, "he said.

Dr Samatha Tulla, co-founder, PMX Health, said, "Metabolic stress and vascular dysfunction appear to be biomarkers long before clinical symptoms appear. It is possible to track these signs through precision medicine. So that we can shift the treatment from 'reactive' to 'preventive longevity', "he said. Dr Harikiran Chekuri, Founder, Redefine Hair, said, "The new research being done on peptides and regenerative therapies... New opportunities are opening up in vascular repair, endothelial health and recovery-focused therapies, "he said. Cardiologist and preventive heart health specialist Dr Rahul Kongara said, "Blood circulation is the foundation of long-term heart health. Silent blood vessel function is disrupted for many years before the onset of heart disease. The session ended with a joint emphasis on Early Care and Basic Awareness.
