CM Revanth meets Union Minister S Jaishankar

The Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has sought the support of the Central Government to promote the "Telangana Rising" brand both in India and abroad. During a meeting with External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar in New Delhi on Thursday, the Chief Minister outlined the state’s ambitious plans to host globally significant events, including Miss World, Global Deep Tech Summit, Bharat Summit, Animation, Gaming & VFX Summit, and India Joy, which will position Hyderabad as a global hub for business, technology, and entertainment in 2025.
Revanth Reddy urged the External Affairs Minister to extend diplomatic and logistical support for these events and promote Telangana’s growth story through India’s international engagements. Revanth also urged the minister to consider Hyderabad as the host for international events planned for the near future.
In response, Minister Jaishankar lauded Telangana’s rapid development and assured the state government of full cooperation in making these events a success. Former External Affairs Minister Salman Khurshid, Congress Lok Sabha MPs Dr. Mallu Ravi and Ch Kiran Kumar Reddy, along with Rajya Sabha MP Anil Kumar Yadav, were also present during the meeting.
