As part of the Brahmotsavam of Sri Sitaramachandraswamy in Indupriyal village of Daulatabad Mandal, the deity was taken out in a grand chariot procession on Thursday.

A large number of devotees participated enthusiastically, pulling the chariot through the village streets. As the Rathotsavam of Lord Rama moved along the main thoroughfares, women offered mangal harathis and fulfilled their vows with  devotion.Sri Ramachandra along with Goddess Sita idols were paraded on the Vimana Ratham, giving devotees a divine darshan. Vedic Brahmins performed special pujas as part of the event.

Following the rituals, temple trustee Annareddy Subhash Reddy and his spouse,  along with Vijaya Rajam, Managing Director of Metro India newspaper, and other devotees visited the Sri Sitarama temple to offer their prayers and take part in the Rathotsavam. The event also saw participation from PSCS Chairman Venkat Reddy, former Sarpanch Shyamala Kumar, MPTC members Veeramma, Mallesh, and several others.
