Shekhar Ravjiani inspires students at Glendale Academy

Glendale Academy, Suncity, hosted renowned music composer Shekhar Ravjiani under the Leadership Lecture Series of Global Schools Group, offering students a platform to explore music and creativity through direct industry interaction.

Shekhar Ravjiani engaged students with insights on discipline, authenticity, and emotional depth in music. “Music, at its core, is about honesty and connection,” he said, encouraging students to embrace creativity as a lifelong journey. The session featured a hands-on workshop on vocal techniques, rhythm, and stage presence, followed by an interactive Q&A and student showcase.

A major highlight was the selection of promising students for the Global Schools Shekhar Ravjiani School of Music, which provides structured mentorship. “The willingness to learn and evolve is far more valuable than perfection,” he added.

Vocalist Pavithra Chari participated as sub-mentor, guiding students during the workshop. Glendale Academy Director Minu Salooja and Global Schools Group Dy COO Rajeev Koul were also present, appreciating student enthusiasm and engagement.
