The Secretariat Sports Meet-2025 was inaugurated at LB Stadium by Chief Secretary A. Shanthi Kumari, IAS, along with Sonibala Devi, IFS, and leaders of the Dr. Ambedkar Telangana Secretariat Association. Secretariat and Assembly Secretariat employees took part in the event.

Shanthi Kumari encouraged employees to actively engage in sports, emphasizing government support. Secretariat Employees Association President Giri Srinivas Reddy highlighted the importance of balancing work and play for efficiency. The event was declared open with a symbolic cricket bat play, marking the beginning of four days of sports and cultural activities.
