Narayanpet, Nagarkurnool awarded for ‘PM Dhan Dhaanya’ implementation

Metro India News | NEW DELHI : Narayanpet and Nagarkurnool districts has received national-level recognition for its exemplary services in the implementation of the Pradhan Mantri Dhan-Dhaanya Krishi Yojana. The awards were presented at an event at the NASC Complex, New Delhi, held to mark one year of the scheme. Hemanta Keshav Patil, District Collector, Nagarkurnool and Ch. Priyanka, District Collector, Narayanpet received the awards on behalf of their districts.

Nagarkurnool was recognized for exemplary work in better governance & service delivery. Narayanpet was recognized for exemplary work in enabling greater access to short term and longterm agricultural credit. Narayanpet Collector Priyanka stated that it is commendable that officials have worked with dedication in line with the objectives of the PM Dhan-Dhaanya Krishi Yojana, including agricultural development, extending the benefits of government schemes to farmers, and effectively implementing agriculture-related programs at the field level. She extended special congratulations to all district officials and their teams who were part of achieving this award.
