Jana Sena Party president and Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan will chair a high-level meeting of party MPs, MLCs, MLAs and senior leaders in New Delhi on June 15, with a focus on national integration, party ideology and the evolving political landscape.
The meeting, titled “Sena Prasthanam… For National Unity”, is being organized in the national capital to reaffirm Jana Sena’s commitment to balancing regional aspirations with a broader national outlook. According to party leaders, the gathering aims to highlight the party’s ideological journey over the past twelve years and its vision for strengthening national cohesion while respecting regional identities, languages and cultural diversity.
Pawan Kalyan is expected to outline Jana Sena’s approach towards nationalism, federalism and national unity, while emphasizing the need for political parties to work beyond regional boundaries in the larger interests of the country. He will also provide strategic guidance to party representatives on contemporary national issues and the role they should play in public life.
The meeting assumes significance as Jana Sena seeks to expand its political footprint beyond Andhra Pradesh. Along with the party’s elected representatives from Andhra Pradesh, the event will be attended by nominated corporation chairpersons, key state-level leaders and representatives from Telangana. Party members who recently joined Jana Sena from Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Kerala have also been invited.
Party sources said the leadership intends to use the platform to reinforce organizational unity and communicate a clear ideological roadmap for the future. The discussions are expected to focus on how regional political forces can contribute constructively to national development while safeguarding local interests.
The choice of New Delhi, regarded as the centre of national policymaking, is being seen as symbolic of Jana Sena’s effort to project itself as a party with a wider national perspective.
