ISSPCON 2026 begins

Hyderabad:  The 40th Annual National Conference of the Indian Society for Study of Pain (ISSPCON 2026) was inaugurated in Hyderabad on Friday, bringing together leading pain specialists, clinicians, and researchers from across India and abroad. This annual conference is been organised and hosted by Society of Study for Pain-Telangana chapter. The conference was inaugurated by Dr. Dilip Bhanushali, Immediate Past President, Indian Medical Association (IMA – India). Dr. Prabhakar Palacharla, Regional Chief Operating Officer – AOI & Citizens Hospitals, attended as Guest of Honour.

The multi-day conference focuses on interdisciplinary collaboration, recent advances in interventional and pharmacological pain management, and the bio-psycho-social approach to chronic pain. National and international faculty are sharing global and local perspectives to improve patient-centred pain care.
