Hyderabad: Hyderabad is all set to host Global Solar Expo Telangana 2026, on 6th and 7th  February 2026 at the HITEX Exhibition Center. The two-day event is expected to attract over 10,000 visitors, making it the largest and most influential gathering of the solar and renewable energy ecosystem in South India. Speaking at the poster launch at press club, the organizer Anand Gupta CMD & Founder-Global Solar Expo Telangana 2026 described the event not just as an exhibition but also as a powerful convergence of policy, business and technology in the solar sector. 

Organized by EQ International Magazine in association with C2Z - Solar & DeCarbonisation MarketPlace, the event will feature a Solar Exhibition, SuryaCon Conference, Telangana Solar Awards and a Buyer–Seller Meet. The event will also see the presence of senior government policymakers and power-sector leaders, reinforcing Telangana’s leadership in renewable energy. 

The state has demonstrated strong performance in utility-scale solar development, rooftop and decentralized solar adoption, effective implementation of PM-KUSUM Scheme and promotion of PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana for households.
