‘Crazy Kalyanam’ actor Akhil expresses confidence on movie

Metro India News | Hyderabad : Young actor Akhil Uddemari, known for Raju Weds Rambai, is gearing up for the release of Crazy Kalyanam, starring Dr. Naresh Vijay Krishna, Anupama Parameswaran, Tharun Bhascker and Akhil in lead roles. Produced by Boosam Jagan Mohan Reddy under the Arrow Cinemas banner and directed by Badrappa Gajula, the film is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on October 16 as a Dasara festive offering.

Akhil said he was impressed by the script and particularly enjoyed the characters played by Naresh and Tharun Bhascker. He portrays Uday, a young graduate aspiring to achieve success in life, describing the character as relatable and energetic. Akhil also expressed happiness about sharing screen space with Anupama Parameswaran, revealing that acting alongside her fulfilled his mother’s long-standing wish.

Calling Crazy Kalyanam a story rooted in village life and everyday family experiences, Akhil believes its Telangana backdrop and regional dialect will appeal to audiences across regions.
