Collector calls for early resolution

District Collector Rahul Sharma on Monday instructed officials to personally examine and promptly resolve all applications received through the Praja Vani public grievance program. Collector Rahul Sharma conducted the Praja Vani at the IDOC office and received 55 petitions from people across the district. Citizens directly submitted their problems and grievances to the Collector during the event. Speaking on the occasion, Collector Rahul Sharma directed officials to treat every application with utmost priority.

He instructed them to personally review each petition and immediately endorse it to the concerned departments for necessary action. “The government’s main objective is to deliver timely services to the people,” Sharma emphasized. He directed that every application received must be mandatorily registered on the Praja Vani portal as per government guidelines. Officials were instructed to issue a receipt to the applicant immediately to ensure transparency.

The Collector also ordered officials to update the portal with details of the action taken on each grievance. He made it clear that every petition received through Praja Vani should be given high priority and resolved within the stipulated time frame.
