Metro India News | KHAMMAM : Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka made an unscheduled stop during his visit from Gandagalapadu to Snanala Lakshmipuram and interacted with agricultural labourers working in nearby fields. Stepping out of his convoy, he walked into the fields and spoke directly with the workers, drawing a warm response from them.

Bhatti enquired about the implementation of the State government's welfare schemes at the grassroots. He asked whether families were receiving free electricity, fine rice through ration shops and whether all eligible beneficiaries had been sanctioned houses under the Indiramma Housing Scheme. The farm workers told the Deputy Chief Minister that they were receiving the government's welfare benefits. During the interaction, the workers also highlighted the lack of an RTC bus service between Wyra and Musalimadugu, saying it was causing difficulties in their daily commute. Bhatti assured them that the issue would be examined and appropriate steps would be taken.
