Yashoda Hospitals conducts “1 Minute Heart Challenge”

Metro India News | Hyderabad : On the occasion of World Heart Day, Yashoda Hospitals conducted the “1 Minute Heart Challenge” across Hyderabad, encouraging people to make physical activity a part of their everyday lives. Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) Bomma Mahesh Kumar Goud and Hyderabad City Police Commissioner V.C. Sajjanar, participated in the “1 Minute Heart Challenge” and extended their support to the initiative. 

Organized to raise public awareness about heart health and the importance of an active lifestyle, their participation further encouraged people to actively engage in the campaign. Yashoda Hospitals Director Dr. Pavan Gorukanti stated that modern lifestyles have made physical inactivity a growing concern, but improving our health does not always require major changes. 

He said that through the 1 Minute Heart Challenge, Yashoda Hospitals wanted to show that every minute of movement counts and encourage people to take the first step towards a healthier heart and a healthier life. Doctors and healthcare professionals also highlighted the importance of regular physical activity in maintaining heart health and supporting overall health span and lifespan.
