Vi Launches AI initiative

Metro India News | Hyderabad : Telecommunications service provider Vi has launched 'Vi Intelligence', a strategic artificial intelligence initiative aimed at accelerating AI-led transformation across its operations and helping enterprises across industries adopt next-generation AI solutions. The Lab will serve as an innovation hub to develop, incubate and scale enterprise AI solutions by combining Vi's digital infrastructure with PwC India's transformation expertise.

Vi CTO Jagbir Singh said the initiative would help organizations explore practical and scalable applications of AI, ranging from improving customer engagement and service experiences to transforming cross-functional business processes. Vinish Bawa, partner and leader, TMT, PwC India, emphasized the need for trusted ecosystems to support responsible AI adoption and translate its potential into practical enterprise capabilities. Vi's GRACIE framework will ensure ethical and secure use of data, intellectual property and AI systems.
