Telangana PCC Vice President and Sanath Nagar Constituency Congress Party In-charge Dr. Kota Neelima stated that on Friday that the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) process in the Sanath Nagar constituency should be conducted in a transparent, systematic, and error-free manner. She urged Sanath Nagar Electoral Registration Officer and GHMC Deputy Commissioner Sujatha, along with the SIR staff, to promptly address the doubts and concerns of voters from time to time.
Dr. Kota Neelima visited the SIR centers in the Rangaopalpet Division and reviewed the voter mapping process with the officials concerned. Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Kota Neelima said that misconceptions among the public regarding the SIR process should be cleared and that all eligible voters must be included in the electoral rolls. She discussed the implementation procedure of the SIR and the mechanisms for resolving voter grievances and queries.
She advised voters to carefully verify their details in the voter list and immediately rectify any discrepancies or errors. She also informed that individuals whose names are missing from the voter list should approach the concerned officials and register themselves by submitting the required documents. Dr. Kota Neelima further instructed officials to ensure complete accuracy in the voter lists and to take necessary measures so that voters do not face difficulties while correcting errors in their names or details.
She stressed that under no circumstances should the names of eligible voters be removed from the electoral rolls. She also directed the staff to carry out the voter mapping process carefully and without any mistakes in the voter list.
