Touch-A-Life Foundation (TAL), a US-based nonprofit organization, is organizing TALHealth Fest 2026 on October 30, 2026, at UC San Diego (UCSD), San Diego, California.TALHealth Fest brings together healthcare professionals, hospitals, researchers, innovators, technology leaders, pharmaceutical and medical companies, patient advocacy groups, nonprofits and healthcare solution providers to exchange ideas and explore opportunities for collaboration in healthcare.

As part of TALHealth Fest 2026, Touch-A-Life Foundation has formally invited Sri Damodar Rajanarasimha Garu, Honorable Minister for Health, Medical & Family Welfare, Science & Technology, Government of Telangana, to attend the event as a Distinguished Guest of Honour.The Foundation has also invited Sri Duddilla Sridhar Babu Garu, Honorable Minister for Information Technology, Electronics & Communications, Industries & Commerce and Legislative Affairs, Government of Telangana, as a Distinguished Guest of Honour.Telangana: Building Healthcare Access and an Innovation Ecosystem
