The Telangana State Minorities Employees Service Association (TS MESA) has urged the state government to release pending salary and pension bills for minority employees, teachers, and retirees before Ramazan.
A delegation from TS MESA met Deputy Chief Minister and Finance Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, highlighting concerns about delays in bill payments by the finance department. They pointed out that government employees across the state, particularly those from minority communities, were facing financial difficulties due to the non-disbursement of various pending bills.
The delegation stressed that with the holy month of Ramadan approaching, many employees would have additional financial obligations. They requested the government to expedite the process to ensure timely relief for affected employees. The delegation included TS MESA founder and President Farooq Ahmed, Urdu officers Unit President Ejazuddin Ahmed, General Secretary Mohammed Younus, and other representatives.
