Zayn Malik reveals love for Shah Rukh Khan’s Main Hoon Na
Singer Zayn Malik, who is currently promoting his South Indian–inspired album Konnakol, opened up about his love for Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan, and Indian music, calling it ‘from the soul.’ Zayn said that Indian and Bollywood references often find their way into his life, adding, “I’m always watching Indian films.” Speaking to Elle India, Zayn also shared that he has a soft spot for Shah Rukh Khan’s film Main Hoon Na, which he says he would love to be a part of. Zayn further said he is constantly listening to Indian music, calling it some of the best soundscapes in the world. He added that, while he knows he may be biased due to his partial Indian heritage, he finds the meticulousness in the instrumentation “ridiculous, so complex,” which deeply fascinates him.
James Cameron teams up with Billie Eilish for 3D concert film
Singer-songwriter Billie Eilish has teamed up with acclaimed filmmaker James Cameron for a new 3D concert film titled Hit Me Hard and Soft: The Tour (Live in 3D), which is set to release on May 8, according to People. The newly released trailer offers a behind-the-scenes look at Eilish’s sold-out world tour and her collaboration with Cameron, who serves as co-director on the project. “It’s your show. It’s your creative vision. This is going to blow people’s minds,” Cameron says in the opening of the trailer. The trailer shows the duo working closely together, including scenes of them wearing 3D glasses and discussing creative decisions for the film.
