‘Ready for debate with CM if he fulfilled all promises’

Telangana BJP president and Union Minister for Coal and Mines G Kishan Reddy on Saturday claimed that  Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has no understanding of governance. He alleged that CM Revanth Reddy would think of calling up Congress MP Rahul Gandhi and visit Delhi when he wakes up in the morning every day and added that the CM would not take steps to solve the problems of the people in the State.

Claiming that the BRS and the Congress parties have pushed Telangana, which is a surplus budget State into a debt trap, he alleged that there was no funds in the State for the implementation of six guarantees and assurances given to employees and people.

“Former CM made his family rich by saying he will make Telangana a golden one. The real estate sector in the State has been completely crippled. It is in a state of collapse. CM Revanth Reddy's government has crippled all sectors,” he alleged. Replying to the challenge by CM Revanth Reddy that the Union Minister should come for a debate with him, Kishan Reddy dared the CM to hold debate only after fulfilling his election promises.

Kishan Reddy was addressing a meeting of teachers in Bodhan on Saturday as part of the MLC election campaign. Speaking on the occasion, he said under PM Modi's leadership, the BJP was ready to solve the problems of teachers, intellectuals, educated, unemployed, farmers, farm labourers and women. He alleged that the BRS and the Congress had weakened the State legislative Council. Kishan Reddy called for the victory of candidates, who will provide prosperity, governance under the leadership of Modi.
