Prajavani petitions should be resolved at the earliest: Collector

Medchal Malkajgiri District Collector Manu Chowdary has directed the officials to submit the petitions received in Prajavani to the officials concerned and to resolve the problems without any delay. The Collector along with Additional District Collector Vijayendar Reddy and DRO Chandravathi received petitions from the applicants from different parts of the district at the Prajavani program held at the Malkajgiri District Collectorate on Monday. 

Speaking on the occasion, the Collector informed that the Housing Department has received the highest number of petitions (58). He said that people come with the belief that government will solve their problems and reiterated that it is the responsibility of one and all uphold their trust. The Collector made it clear that the petitions received in Prajavani should be dealt with immediately and there should be no delay in the scrutiny of the applications. 

He also advised the officials to ensure that the reasons for rejection are mandatorily communicated to the applicants in detail for the applications being rejected. The Collector has instructed the concerned officials to record online the details of the action taken on the applications received.
