Ponguleti assures journalists of house sites

Revenue, Housing and Information and Public Relations Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy has assured that the State government will fulfil the long-pending aspirations of journalists awaiting house sites.

In a statement on Saturday, the Minister said the government was preparing an action plan to allot house sites to journalists in suitable, habitable locations, ensuring that the properties were free from legal complications.

“Our government is committed to realising the dream of journalists owning their own homes. We are taking the necessary steps to provide house sites in suitable locations where journalists can live with dignity along with their families, while ensuring that the legal problems faced in the past do not recur,” he said.

Assuring journalists that there was no need for concern, Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy said the government was making sincere efforts to find a permanent solution to their long-pending demand.
