Mayura Hospitals wins Digital Health Innovation Award

Mayura Hospitals, the Hyderabad-based integrated Ayurveda and Allopathy hospital network, has won the Digital Health Innovation Award at the National AYUSH Festival 2026 – Ayur Mahotsava, in recognition of its technology-led approach to diabetes and metabolic health. Dr. Hanu Yedluri, Founder & CEO of Mayura Hospitals, received the award from Shiv Pratap Shukla, Governor of Telangana. The festival was organized by the Ayur Vaidya Foundation with the support of the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, in association with the AYUSH Export Promotion Council (AYUSHEXCIL) from September 25 to 27 at the International Trade Expo Centre, Noida.

Dr. Yedluri stated that as per ICMR-INDIAB 2023 estimates, India has around 101 million people living with diabetes and another 136 million with prediabetes.  He mentioned that at Mayura Hospital, the person's genetic information, blood biomarkers, heart rate, sleep, family history, lifestyle and diet are examined and brought together into a personalized care plan.

Integrating Ayurveda, Allopathy and digital health

He stated that Mayura combines Allopathy, Ayurveda and Panchakarma with its 3F Protocol, which covers low-GI nutrition, structured fitness and supervised fasting. Each program is designed and monitored by a multidisciplinary team of Allopathy and Ayurveda physicians according to the patient's needs, he informed.
