Director Anurag Basu confirms Kartik Aaryan and Sreeleela’s untitled film is progressing smoothly and will release this year

Director Anurag Basu has confirmed that his upcoming untitled film starring Kartik Aaryan and Sreeleela is progressing as planned. Backed by T-Series, the project is currently being filmed and remains on schedule for a theatrical release later this year.

Amid ongoing speculation about delays, Basu clarified that the production is moving steadily without any setbacks. 

The film has already created buzz among audiences as it marks the first on-screen pairing of Kartik and Sreeleela under Basu’s direction.

Speaking about the project, Basu said, “We are very much on schedule and the shoot is progressing well. It’s a film we believe in deeply, and we are bringing it to audiences this year as intended.”

With filming in full swing, the project is expected to offer a grand musical experience in cinemas this year. Gulshan Kumar and T-Series present the film, with music by Pritam, produced by Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar.
