Kalyanam of Lord Venkateshwara performed grandly at Sikindarpur

The Kalyanam of Bhudevi Sametha Lord Venkateswara was celebrated grandly at the Sri Venkateswara Swamy Temple in Sikindrapur village, Jakranpalli Mandal, on Friday. Dr. R. Bhoopathi Reddy, the MLA from Nizamabad Rural constituency, accompanied by his family, actively participated in the festivities. Dr. Bhoopathi Reddy and his wife performed special pujas and received blessings from Vedic scholars. 

They later had darshan of Ranganayaka Swamy in the sanctum sanctorum and offered prayers. Following the rituals, the MLA and his family partook in the temple's annaprasadam (sacred communal meal).Upon his arrival in the village earlier, the MLA was accorded a warm and traditional welcome from locals. Several villagers brought to the MLA's attention the need for temple construction and related improvements. Speaking on the occasion, the MLA reiterated his commitment to not only aiding the temple's development but also addressing various issues facing the village.
