Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu held an informal interaction with the media at the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) central office in Mangalagiri, said the alliance government’s electoral victory in 2024 as “historic,” Babu assured that the administration would fulfill its Super-6 Promises, aimed at improving public welfare and governance. “The people have shown unwavering trust in the alliance government after enduring immense hardships during the previous regime,” he said.
Naidu described the previous administration as a period of chaos and lawlessness, stating, “Jagan's governance turned Andhra Pradesh into a hub of crimes and corruption. Every institution was systematically dismantled, and projects like Polavaram and Amaravati were derailed.”
He claimed that since the alliance government assumed office, significant progress had been made. “We have gone to Delhi multiple times, secured funds, and resolved technical issues. The alliance government is systematically addressing the damage caused by the past administration while restoring the state’s development trajectory,” Naidu added.
Drawing parallels to his tenure as Chief Minister in 1995, Naidu declared, “You will see the same Chandrababu Naidu of 1995. Back then, I demonstrated effective governance, and I will do it again. My focus remains on development and transparency, not vendetta politics. Those who commit wrongdoings, however, will face the law, no matter their status.”
Naidu also issued a stern warning against abusive content on social media platforms, stating that strict action would be taken against those who violate decency norms. “Social media cannot be a free-for-all platform to spread obscenity and hate. Our government will ensure accountability,” he said.
The Chief Minister reaffirmed his government’s resolve to deliver on its electoral promises, including reforms in the Contributory Pension Scheme (CPS), liquor prohibition, and other welfare measures. “In just six months, we have attracted thousands of crores in investments, something the previous administration failed to achieve in five years.”
