New Delhi, April 2026: Hilton has announced that it has entered into a strategic agreement with Regenta Hotels Private Limited, owned by Royal Orchid Hotels Limited, to open 125 Hampton by Hilton hotels in India.
The partnership will accelerate Hilton's' upper midscale 'expansion in India; growing domestic tourism and demand from an expanding middle class, creating strong opportunities in the mid-market segment. Franchised hotels are primarily developed in the western and southern Indian markets, including Goa, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. They join more than 3,100 Hampton by Hilton properties that trade worldwide.

Strategic tie-ups are becoming key to Hilton's expansion strategy in India.
