DECIMA ASI employs dynamic self-learning and multi-hop reasoning, allowing it to learn from interactions and retain knowledge, unlike traditional models that rely on static datasets. The model incorporates a mechanism to store past interactions, enabling it to recall and apply previously learned knowledge in future scenarios. 

The technology is designed for various fields such as defense for national security and healthcare for drug discovery and diagnostics, among others. Proposed advancements include scaling to multi-billion parameter models, integrating structured knowledge bases, and developing capabilities for autonomous, goal-driven decision-making.
