FOR NEENA MANIS - The Little Pilot

Translated from Telugu poem by Smt. Sudharani Ananta Pantulu

Jayaho, Neena Manis!

Golden daughter, tender and bright, Your smile is moonlight, soft and white.

What mighty words from lips so small?

What goddess speaks through you, my all?

Are you Kamakshi, Durga, divine?

Is Lakshmi's grace in you that shines?

You dared the sky, so brave, so high,

A pilot's soul that saved a hundred lives!

You are your own friend, your own way,

You are the lamp that lights our day.

The world must learn, looking at you,

What courage and love can truly do.

In knowledge, be Saraswati,

In courage, be Lakshmi, brave and free.

In love, be Mary, kind and true,

In bravery, be Jhansi Rani too!

Knowledge, Courage, Compassion, Leadership

May God walk with you, every mile,

May golden flowers line your path in style.

Be a compass for little ones yet to be,

With a hundred crore blessings,

God Bless You, My Golden Daughter!

With Love

FOR CAPTAIN SMIT MACHCHHAR - FlyDubai

( Translated from Telugu by Sri Pavana Kumar)

Jai Jai Captain Smit Machchhar

Courage in the Cockpit, Inspiration for Millions

What shall we call you, O great soul?

Are you a God? What name makes you whole?

Are you Rama, Krishna, Allah above?

Are you Jesus, Nanak, Sai, all love?

You did not count the wounds you bore,

You flew ahead with courage more.

The aircraft cracked in mid-sky blue,

Like Hanuman, you brought it through!

With wisdom you turned, with skill you steered,

You landed safe, when death was near.

What is the price of lives you saved?

No medal can match the brave you braved.

You proved you are Mother India's son,

While cinema fakes it, you have done

In real life, what heroes do -

True courage, Megastar, it's you!

From Pavana to Modi, to Trump on high,

The world beats drums, salutes the sky.

Salutes to you, O Captain great!

Salutations, at Heaven's gate!
