FICCI Ladies Organisation (FLO) Hyderabad celebrated its Silver Jubilee at JRC Convention, marking 25 years of promoting women’s entrepreneurship, leadership and social impact. Telangana Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla, the chief guest, said women’s empowerment is the foundation of a strong nation, stressing that empowered women strengthen families, communities and the country.

Founded in 2001 with 25 members, FLO Hyderabad has grown into one of the largest FICCI FLO chapters with over 1,400 members. Over the years, it has provided vocational training and employment support to more than 13,000 women and financial literacy programmes benefiting 25,000 women.

A key milestone is the FLO Industrial Park at Sultanpur, India’s first 100% women-led industrial ecosystem. Spread across 50 acres, it houses over 25 women-owned manufacturing units, has attracted investments exceeding Rs 250 crore, created more than 1,500 jobs, and records an annual turnover of around Rs 400 crore.

The Governor honoured 21 past chairpersons and unveiled a commemorative book chronicling FLO Hyderabad’s 25-year journey. The event was attended by FICCI FLO National President Puja Garg, Chairperson Seetha Reddy Gaddam, Past National President Pinky Reddy, and National Senior Vice President Kamini Saraf.
