Hyderabad: The film Devagudi, produced under the banner of Pushyami Film Makers, is set for a worldwide release on the 30th of this month. Presented by Bellam Sudha Reddy, the film is written, directed and produced by Bellam Ramakrishna Reddy. It stars Abhinav Shaurya, Narasimha and Anushree in lead roles, with Raghu Babu, Annapurnamma and Raghu Kunche in key supporting roles. The makers describe Devagudi as an emotionally powerful film and are confident about its reception.

Speaking at a media interaction, director-producer Bellam Ramakrishna Reddy said the film was inspired by the concept of “Yathathatham” from the Bhagavad Gita, which he believes holds scientific relevance beyond religion. He recalled that actor Srikanth encouraged him to pursue direction after noticing his involvement in an earlier project. Devagudi marks his second film as a director.

Sharing his production experience, Ramakrishna Reddy said he handled the project carefully, drawing from past industry experiences. An engineer by training, he said the film was completed with precise planning, exceeding the budget by only 10 percent. He added that the trailer has received a strong response, while the song “Aaro Aaraaro,” sung by Chitra, is drawing high views.
