“Deccan Arthroplasty Summit 2026” inaugurated at Yashoda

Yashoda Hospitals Secunderabad on Saturday inaugurated a two-day national scientific conference “Deccan Arthroplasty Summit 2026,”at Hotel Marigold to focus on the latest advancements in Robotic assisted joint replacement surgery, complex trauma management, sports medicine and arthroplasty. The conference aims to provide awareness and knowledge on cutting-edge technological innovations, advanced surgical techniques and best practices in patient care in the field of orthopedics.

The summit was inaugurated by Dr. Pavan Gorukanti, Director, Yashoda Hospitals who attended the event as the Chief Guest. Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Pavan Gorukanti said that through the summit, Yashoda Hospitals aims to further advance orthopedic education, surgical excellence, and academic collaboration. He further added that the live surgeries, expert discussions, and interactive sessions conducted during the summit would greatly benefit young doctors.

Jayakrishna Reddy, Senior Orthopedic & Joint Replacement Surgeon, Yashoda Hospitals Secunderabad said that the latest advancements in knee and hip joint replacement surgeries, patient safety, rehabilitation protocols and improved surgical outcomes were discussed in the summit. He further stated that the summit also featured interactive case-based discussions, expert lectures on current trends in arthroplasty and scientific sessions on advanced joint reconstruction techniques.
