Corporate trainer David Raj wins Author Literary Award

M David Raj, Founder and CEO of M Square Motivation & Corporate Training, has won the Author Literary Awards (Season 2) in the non-fiction/self-help category for his book ‘Your Fluency, Your Rules — Speak for Success’. The award was presented at a ceremony held in Goa. The book lays out David Raj's communication framework built over years of corporate training practice, and forms the foundation for several of M Square Motivation's flagship programs.

David Raj mentioned that every strategy in this book was tested in real training rooms, with real professionals trying to find their voice. ‘Winning this award validates that the methodology works and it pushes me to keep refining it’, he said.
