Combined Anantapur Dist to be developed as a solar and industrial hub: Ministers

Ministers Anagani Satyaprasad, S Savitha, Gottipati Ravikumar and Satyakumar Yadav said on Friday  that the combined Anantapur district will  be developed as a solar and industrial hub.  They assured that Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has given special attention to the district. The ministers inaugurated Madakasira MLA MS Raju's camp office in Madakasira town on Friday. They were speaking at a press conference held on the occasion. Revenue Minister Anagani  said that the YSRCP leaders had started the politics of diversion when they came to know that the ED was attaching Dalmiya Cement’s assets in YS Jagan’s disproportionate assets case. He made it clear that every cow has been geo-tagged and everyone is saying that cow protection is good and also that corruption in all the systems during the YSRCP regime will be unearthed.

Handlooms and textiles, Backward Classes Welfare Minister Savita recalled that in 2019-24, Gollapalli reservoir was constructed and Kia motor industry was brought in. She assured that the last acre in Madakasira will also be irrigated through the Handri-Neeva canal.  Power Minister Gottipati Ravikumar said that keeping in view the power problem in Madakasira, it has been decided to set up three new sub-stations in the constituency. He mentioned that the central government has sanctioned 20 lakh connections for solar power generation under the Suryagarh scheme in the state and as part of this, 10,000 connections have been sanctioned in each constituency. 

State Medical and Health Minister Satyakumar Yadav praised Madakasira MLA MS Raju for his efforts towards SC- Sub Categorization. He alleged that YSRCP leaders are politicizing the sensitive TTD gaushala to divert the attention of the people. At the meeting, Hindupur MP BK Parthasarathy, MLAs Paritala Sunitha, Palle Sindhura Reddy, Kadiri MLA Kandikunta Venkata Prasad, and several other alliance leaders and activists participated in large numbers.
