Collector directs officials to resolve petitions without delay

Metro India News | Hyderabad : Medchal-Malkajgiri District Collector Mikkilineni Manu Choudhary has directed officials to resolve petitions received from the public during the Prajavani program promptly and in accordance with established rules, without any delay. The Collector, along with Additional Collector (Local Bodies) Faizan Ahmed, received grievances from petitioners during the Prajavani programme held at the Collectorate meeting hall on Monday.

A total of 110 petitions were received from the public concerning various departments, including Revenue, Panchayat Raj, Civil Supplies and Municipal Administration, the Collector said. Speaking on the occasion, Collector Manu Choudhary instructed officials to give priority to the grievances of people who had approached the administration from different parts of the district and ensure their speedy resolution.

He also directed the concerned officials to regularly update the action taken on the petitions online without delay, enabling proper monitoring of their disposal. District Revenue Officer Malathi, along with district-level officials from various departments and other officials, attended the program.
