Mancherial District Collector Kumar Deepak has directed officials to ensure that information collected from voters through enumeration forms as part of the Special Intensive Revision(SIR) of the electoral roll is accurately entered into the BLO App. He emphasized that the entire process should be carried out efficiently and transparently to maintain the integrity of the voter database.

On Monday, the Collector, accompanied by Mandamarri Mandal Tahsildar Satish Kumar, inspected the ongoing Enumeration Form distribution and collection process in Wards 21 and 15 of Kyathanpalli Municipality. During the visit, Collector Kumar Deepak instructed the Booth Level Officers to ensure that enumeration forms are distributed to every eligible voter and that the details are promptly marked in the BLO App at the time of distribution.

The Collector further directed BLOs to collect the duly filled forms from voters and accurately upload the information into the BLO App without any errors. He also instructed officials to pay special attention to identifying deceased voters, those who have permanently migrated from their villages, and individuals holding two or more EPIC (Electors Photo Identity Card) numbers.

Clear lists should be prepared to ensure that each eligible voter possesses only one voter identity card, he said. Reiterating the importance of transparency, Kumar Deepak asked officials to verify all information carefully before uploading it to the BLO App after collecting the completed Enumeration Forms. He urged them to ensure that the Special Summary Revision process is conducted in a fair, accurate, and transparent manner.
