“I will speak about the performance of all at the Collectors meeting scheduled on March 4,” said Chief Minister Revanth Reddy during a high-level review meeting with senior IAS officials and HoDs of various departments at the State Secretariat on Saturday.

The Chief Minister outlined an ambitious 99-day action plan titled Praja Palana Pragathi Pranalika, which will be implemented from March 6 to June 12. He made it clear that there will be no exemptions and every official must actively participate in the programme. A special logo is being designed for the initiative, which aims to accelerate governance, ensure accountability and deliver visible outcomes across sectors.

The Chief Minister directed officials to focus on coordinated planning and measurable results. He emphasised that all departments must have complete clarity on their functions and prepare detailed data, including lists of regular and outsourcing employees. He stressed that no government office should function from rented buildings and instructed departments to include proposals for constructing their own buildings in the upcoming budget.

Highlighting urban reforms, he said GHMC has been reorganised into three corporations in a planned manner and asked officials to prioritise development in the Core Urban Region. The Pure Urban Region, spread across ten thousand square kilometres, must witness expansion in manufacturing, he said, adding that Telangana should emerge as a national model in industrialisation. He also called for close monitoring of MoUs and investments to ensure they materialize on the ground.

The Chief Minister underlined the need for complete transformation of the service sector through digital governance. All services must move online, e-file systems must ensure time-bound clearances, and outdated servers must be upgraded. Welfare schemes must reach genuine beneficiaries through technology-driven monitoring.

He directed officials to focus on the development of the 30 thousand acre Future City project, stating it has the potential to reshape the national economy. The Musi riverfront development should be effectively communicated to the public.

Emphasising social sectors, he announced that Telangana Public Schools will be launched in one hundred constituencies and government education will be comprehensively reformed. Government hospitals must improve healthcare delivery, and region-wise medical data should be prepared.

He instructed that all government offices must be kept clean by June 2, calling Telangana Formation Day a festival to be celebrated grandly. Laying emphasis on public trust in his leadership, the Chief Minister urged officials to utilise every opportunity to deliver good governance and meaningful change.

The meeting was attended by Advisor to the Chief Minister Vem Narender Reddy, Chief Secretary Ramakrishna Rao, DGP Shivadhar Reddy, CMO Principal Secretary Seshadri and special chief secretaries, principal secretaries and secretaries from various departments.
